STEPHEN A. TAYLOR is an attorney with Suarez & Taylor, Attorneys at Law in Miami, Florida, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and guardianship administration, elder law, and special needs planning. He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and The Florida Bar (Real Property and Probate and Trust Law and the Elder Law sections). Mr. Taylor is certified in elder law by The Florida Bar. He was named to the Florida Rising Stars of the Super Lawyer publication and was named as Legal Elite by Florida Trend magazine in 2010. Mr. Taylor was a founder of the ARC of South Florida Pooled Trust and currently serves on its Board of Directors. In addition to being an attorney, he is a Certified Financial Planner. Mr. Taylor has lectured at numerous seminars concerning probate and tax issues. He earned his B.B.A. degree from Oglethorpe University and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida.
