SHANNON ROUNTREE is an attorney with Clark Skatoff PA. She focuses her practice in the areas of probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. Ms. Rountree earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Clark Skatoff PA, she served as a prosecutor at the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, where she handled a myriad of legal and appellate issues, including litigation of more than 100 bench and jury trials. With her experience, Ms. Rountree has trained and mentored local and statewide attorneys in the areas of evidence and trial strategy. As a probate litigator, she has successfully defended, contested, and settled a vast number of complex probate and trust disputes. Ms. Rountree was recently court appointed as an attorney ad litem to render a legal opinion on the merits of a lengthy contested estate matter. Her bar admissions include The Florida Bar, Florida Southern District, and Florida Middle District. Ms. Rountree also is a member of The Florida Bar's Young Lawyers, Trial Lawyers, and Real Property Probate and Trust Law sections and the Palm Beach County Bar's Young Lawyers and North County sections. She regularly volunteers for the Palm Beach County Youth Court program, where she presides as a judge over juvenile proceedings and mentors young student lawyers.
