GREGORY S. WEISS is a partner at the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, law firm of Leopold~Kuvin PA, where his practice focuses on commercial, business, intellectual property, class and antitrust litigation. Mr. Weiss is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Florida College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern districts of Florida and Southern and Central districts of California. He is the immediate past president of the University of Florida College of Law's Outstanding Young Alumnus in 2010, and was named to the Super Lawyers and Florida Trend Magazine Rising Stars lists several times. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Weiss served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps at LSA Anaconda, Balad, Iraq, the Defense Language Institute, Presidio of Monterey, California, and the 82nd Airborne Division, Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
