JULIANNE R. FRANK is a shareholder in the firm of Frank, White-Boyd, P.A., with offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, Vero Beach and Royal Palm Beach. Ms. Frank's practice has been limited to business and consumer bankruptcy matters, and asset protection planning. She is a frequent lecturer and has appeared on national radio and television programs discussing financial distress planning. Ms. Frank wrote, "Freedom From Debt: Taking Control of Financial Crisis," Guideline Press. She earned her B.A. degree from Tulane University and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University Law School. Ms. Frank is one of less than 200 lawyers who are board-certified in both consumer and business bankruptcy law by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the South Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Palm Beach County Bar Bankruptcy CLE Committee.
