KENDALL B. COFFEY is a partner with Coffey Burlington Attorneys at Law. Mr. Coffey is a guest legal analyst for CNBC, CNN, FOX, Headline News, MSNBC and Telemundo. He also provides commentary for CBS-4, CNN International, the Canadian Broadcasting Company and CNN “Coffey Talk” (2002-2005). Mr. Coffey is a regular lecturer in trial skills and substantive law. He is a former adjunct faculty member for Florida Constitutional Law and for Trial Practice at the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Coffey earned his B.S. degree, with honors, and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of Florida. ROBERT A. GOLDMAN is a partner with the law firm of Fox, Wackeen, Dungey, Beard, Sobel, Bush & McCluskey, L.L.P., where he practices in commercial litigation, construction and real property litigation, and foreclosure. He handles all levels of mortgage foreclosures, statutory lien foreclosures, community association lien foreclosures, construction lien foreclosures and judgment lien foreclosures. Mr. Goldman has previously lectured on mortgage and lien foreclosure topics, and practices in multiple circuits spanning much of the state. Mr. Goldman earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees, with honors, from the University of Florida, and is a member of the Martin County and American bar associations, as well as The Florida Bar. OSCAR A. SANCHEZ is a shareholder in the Miami office of Akerman Senterfitt, where he is a trial lawyer and complex business litigator concentrating his practice in business torts, contracts and real property litigation. Mr. Sanchez is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court Middle and Southern District of Florida. He has previous lecturing experience on Drafting and Enforcing Commercial Leases, on November 6, 2007; Managing Residential Property: Avoiding Tenant Disputes and Evictions, on May 11, 2007; and Evictions and Landlord/Tenant Law in Florida in July of 2002 for National Business Institute, as well as other lectures and seminars for other entities and organizations such as the American Trial Lawyers Association and the University of Miami School of Law, Ralph E. Boyers Twentieth Institute on Real Property and Condominium Law. Mr. Sanchez earned his B.A., M.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida earning membership in the Order of the Coif. He is a member of The Florida Bar.
