JOAN BLAYLOCK is assistant director at Duval County Law Library, where she oversees public service for the library, plans, organizes and coordinates collection development and management, supervises part-time personal, and manages circulation services, technical processing and legal reference. Ms. Blayock also is a librarian for the Florida Community College, where she is an adjunct faculty. She is a member of the American Association of Law Librarians, Florida Library Association and American Library Association. Ms. Blaylock is a committee member of the Northeast Florida Library Information Network. She earned her B.A. Degree from New Mexico State University, her Master of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Library Science degree from the University of Kentucky. CORRINE A. BYLUND is an attorney in the Jacksonville law firm of Zisser, Robison, Brown, Nowlis, Maciejewski & Cabrey, P.A., where she practices exclusively in the area of family law. Ms. Bylund also handles family law appeals. Several of the cases she has worked on have resulted in published opinions and emerging case law. Ms. Bylund is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, the Florida Family Law Inn of Court and the State Bar of Wisconsin. She also serves on the board of directors for the Family Nurturing Center of Florida. Ms. Bylund earned her B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. GRACE VANHOUTEN is assistant director at the Duval County Law Library, in Jacksonville, Florida, where she conducts legal research and provides reference guidance to judges, attorneys and other staff. Ms. VanHouten earned her B.S. degree from Longwood College, her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and her master's in library science from Florida State University.
