BRIAN J. CABREY is a partner with the law firm of Zisser, Robison, Brown, Nowlis, Maciejewski & Cabrey, P.A., in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Cabrey's practice includes representation of plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, products and premise liability, wrongful death, professional malpractice and negligence. He also handles cases involving juvenile dependency, termination of parental rights/adoption, and the civil rights of abused and neglected children, particularly those in foster care. DONALD M. MACIEJEWSKI is a partner in the law firm of Zisser, Robison, Brown, Nowlis, Maciejewski & Cabrey, P.A., in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Maciejewski is a consumer justice attorney who represents both adults and children who have been injured by defective products or through the carelessness of others. His plaintiffs' practice focuses on aviation, airplane and helicopter crash litigation, personal injury suits, and complex product liability suits. Mr. Maciejewski is a retired Army officer and helicopter pilot and holds a commercial instrument rating in helicopters, with extensive flight experience. He has represented plaintiffs in a wide variety of air crash and products liability cases involving commercial, general aviation and military aircraft. Mr. Maciejewski also has represented children in a variety of negligence cases involving defective toys, household appliances and transportation-related accidents. Law and Politics voted him a Florida "Super Lawyer" in 2006, 2007 and 2008, acknowledging him as being in the top 5% of all attorneys in the state of Florida. Florida Trend magazine named him one of Florida's "Legal Elite" for 2007, honoring him as being among the top 2% of all attorneys in the state of Florida.
