STEPHEN M. COZART is a shareholder with the law firm Kubicki Draper, where his areas of practice include automobile, premises liability, trucking, commercial/corporate, construction defects, municipal law, medical malpractice, professional liability, environmental/pollution and workers' compensation. He has spent most of his career representing insurance companies and their insureds. He handles all types of personal injury claims, including automobile liability and premises liability. He also practices municipal liability law and commercial litigation. Mr. Cozart is licensed to practice in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi, and he maintains an active practice in all three states. Mr. Cozart earned his B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi College School of Law, where he was the comment editor for the Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. He is a member of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, The Florida Bar, The Mississippi Bar and the Alabama State Bar. SHARI THIEMAN GREENE is an attorney at Lynchard & Greene, P.L., where her practice areas include litigation, specifically business litigation; civil practice; federal civil practice; construction liens; construction litigation; contract litigation; civil fraud; county liability; government tort liability; libel, slander and defamation; civil litigation; federal civil litigation; adverse possession; boundary disputes; condominium law; homeowners' association law; quiet title; real estate litigation; personal injury and personal injury protection (PIP cases, tort, appeals - civil and criminal); and Federal Court Practice. Ms. Greene is an adjunct professor at the University of West Florida, where she teaches contracts and business entities, real property, and civil litigation. She earned her B.S. degree in business administration, with an emphasis, in finance from Creighton University and her J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Ms. Greene is a member of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association (member, Executive Council, immediate past president).
