FAIRBANKS is an attorney with Fairbanks & McGillin, P.L. in St. Augustine, Florida, where he has more than 25 years experience in the practice of law. Mr. Fairbanks specializes in taxation, estate planning, asset protection, business law and real estate. He focuses his legal practice on the representation of physicians, business owner and other high net worth individuals in business and tax-related matters. Mr. Fairbanks represents individual clients in accomplishing their estate planning and wealth preservation goals by planning for and creating wills, revocable, irrevocable and charitable trusts, private foundations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and by utilizing the Florida statutory exemptions from the claims of creditors. He assists medical practices and other businesses in choice-of-entity planning, the formation of business entities, merger, acquisitions and separations, business contracts, and employment and shareholder agreements. JESPERSON is an attorney with Kopelousos & Bradley, P.A., where he concentrates his practice in commercial lending/financing, general corporate/business law, estate planning and real estate transactions. Mr. Jesperson has been practicing law for more than 13 years and has worked with both large and small privately and publicly held companies in the areas of corporate/entity formation, commercial lending (particularly SBA lending), general corporate and business planning, international transactions, negotiating and documenting various contractual arrangements including commercial, financing, vender and employment agreements, real estate leases, and purchase and sell agreements.
