JAKE C. BLANCHARD is a partner at the Law Offices of Reissman and Blanchard, P.A. He focuses primarily on bankruptcy and business reorganization. Mr. Blanchard earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of South Florida. He earned his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where he completed the Honors Program and was an articles and symposia editor for the Stetson Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Blanchard completed an internship with the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. CHRISTOPHER W. BOSS is co-owner and a managing member of Yesner & Boss, P.L., in St. Petersburg. His practice is primarily in the areas of real property law, residential and commercial real estate, residential and commercial lending, collections and consumer protection. In today's tumultuous economy, Mr. Boss often represents both debtors and creditors in order to restructure debt, foreclosures, loan workouts, loan modifications, bankruptcy and protection from creditor harassment. He received his B.A. degree from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, and subsequently worked in Houston, Texas, as a natural gas and electricity trade analyst. Following the collapse of Enron, Mr. Boss attended law school at Stetson University College of Law and later practiced with KPMG, LLP. LARRY S. HYMAN is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and has practiced in both the private and public sectors of accounting since 1975. Mr. Hyman has served as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in the Middle District of Florida since 1988, and he has administered in excess of 20,000 Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. He also serves in a variety of court-appointed fiduciary positions, including Chapter 11 and liquidating trustee, examiner and receiver in both state and federal cases. In addition, Mr. Hyman serves as assignee in assignment for the benefit of creditor (ABC) cases throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Hyman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. MARSHALL G. REISSMAN is an attorney at the Law Offices of Reissman and Blanchard, P.A. He has practiced bankruptcy law since 1980 and has represented clients in more than 2000 bankruptcy cases throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Reissman earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Florida State University and his J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law. SHAWN M. YESNER is one of the founders of the firm of Yesner & Boss, P.L., in St. Petersburg. He oversees the general operation of the firm and represents clients in residential and commercial foreclosure; Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies; residential and commercial closings, including refinances and short sale closings; loan, debt and short sale negotiation; debt collection negotiation; and general corporate matters. In addition to his Florida Bar license, Mr. Yesner also is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Yesner is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and a licensed title insurance agent with Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. He holds an accounting degree from Florida State University, a juris doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, and is a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.
