JULIANNE R. FRANK is a shareholder in the firm of Frank, White-Boyd, P.A., with offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, Vero Beach and Royal Palm Beach. Ms. Frank's practice has been limited to business and consumer bankruptcy matters and asset protection planning. She is a frequent lecturer and has appeared on national radio and television programs discussing financial distress planning. She earned her B.A. degree from Tulane University and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University Law School. STERN is a shareholder with Frank, Weinberg & Black P.L., where he concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and Chapter 11 corporate reorganizations. He represents clients before trial and appellate courts regarding bankruptcy, business torts, construction, contracts, creditors' rights and landlord-tenant law. Mr. Stern is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida. In addition, he is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, which he served on the Board of Directors and as chairman of a committee which staged an annual musical comedy fundraiser for charitable causes.
