ANTHONY J. HORKY is a senior associate with Mombach, Boyle & Hardin, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including business torts, real estate litigation, title insurance claims, landlord-tenant matters and construction lien law. Mr. Horky is a frequent presenter at landlord and tenant seminars throughout south Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar's Trial Lawyers Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and is a member of the Section's Landlord/Tenant Committee. Mr. Horky is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami. JOHN R. SHEPPARD is an attorney in the West Palm Beach law firm of Dicker, Krivok & Stoloff, P.A. His areas of practice are business disputes, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant and professional negligence. Mr. Sheppard has experience in a full range of commercial litigation, including professional negligence, real property and criminal misdemeanor, in both state and federal courts. He has represented business owners, individual investors and institutional clients in a variety of commercial disputes. Mr. Sheppard speaks frequently at various collection seminars through National Business Institute. He is a member of the Palm Beach County and American bar associations.
