SCOTT W. SPRADLEY recently opened the Law Offices of Scott W. Spradley, P.A., in Flager Beach, Florida. In his practice, Mr. Spradley represents clients from Orlando to Daytona Beach to Jacksonville, and the surrounding areas. Mr. Spradley focuses his representation on matters concerning: Chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy for individuals and businesses; Chapter 13 debt repayment bankruptcy for individuals; Chapter 11 reorganization bankruptcy for businesses and individuals; creditor representation in a variety of bankruptcy matters; commercial litigation and business litigation in state and Federal court; and general litigation. He is admitted to all of Florida's state and Federal courts, including Florida's bankruptcy courts. Mr. Spradley is currently an adjunct faculty member at Valencia Community College in Orlando, Florida, where he teaches "Debtor/Creditor and Bankruptcy Law" each semester. He earned his B.A. degree from Florida State University and his J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Spradley is a member of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association (Board of Directors), American Bankruptcy Institute, Professional Peer Review and the Jacksonville, South Florida and Tampa bankruptcy bar associations. ALLAN E. WULBERN is a shareholder in the Jacksonville firm of Smith Husley & Busey. He focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and litigation. Mr. Wulbern is experienced in commercial litigation and solvency matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent nine years in the banking industry as a real estate loan officer. Mr. Wulbern earned his B.S. degree from the University of South Florida and his J.D. degree, with highest honors, from Florida State University where he was Order of the Coif. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville, Jacksonville Federal and Jacksonville Bankruptcy bar associations.
