KENDALL B. COFFEY is a partner with Coffey Burlington Attorneys at Law. Mr. Coffey is a guest legal analyst for CNBC, CNN, FOX, Headline News, MSNBC and Telemundo. He also provides commentary for CBS-4, CNN International, Canadian Broadcasting Company and CNN, Coffey Talk (2002-2005). Mr. Coffey is a regular lecturer in trial skills and substantive law. He is a former adjunct faculty member for Florida Constitutional Law and Trial Practice at University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Coffey earned his B.S. degree, with honors, and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of Florida. DORA F. KAUFMAN is a partner in the law firm of Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, P.A., where she practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, banking law, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and debtor and creditor workouts. Ms. Kaufman is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar; the District of Columbia Bar; the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida; and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 11th and Federal Circuits. She received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University. She has actively served as an appointed member of The Florida Bar's Civil Procedure Rules Committee, the Federal Court Practice Committee (including service as appointed vice chair) and the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee (JNPC), and has been on the Judicial Administration and Evaluation Committee since May 2009. She contributed toward the preparation of a trial practice manual for Bancroft Publishing; prepared sections of reference manuals on Florida foreclosure and related title, repossession, and bankruptcy issues for National Business Institute; and has served as faculty at multiple CLE seminars. Ms. Kaufman has served as a facilitator of federal judicial roundtable discussions with federal judges at programs hosted by the Federal Court Practice Committee of The Florida Bar; presented at annual Florida Bar meetings; and has served as a trainer/mock interviewer at a Judicial Nominating Commission training presented by the JNPC. She is on the Executive Committee/Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association's Broward County Chapter (FBA) and has hosted/coordinated FBA-sponsored Federal District Court orientation programs at the U.S. District Court. GARY M. SINGER is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is Board Certified as an Expert in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar. Gary M. Singer is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council, is a Council Member for the Gerson Lehrman Group, is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Keiser University. He is a Member Agent of Attorneys' Title Fund Services, and Title Resources Guaranty Company. He was born in the Bronx and was raised in eastern Long Island, New York. Gary M. Singer moved to Florida in 1989 with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer and Boatswain with the Coast Guard's prestigious Tactical Law Enforcement Team. After serving his country, he earned a Bachelors of Science degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University after transferring from SUNY at Stony Brook, and a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Gary M. Singer was the recipient of a full academic scholarship to attend law school, where, along with his many activities, he was served as an Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law and a Justice of the Honor Court. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Gary M. Singer began practicing in real estate, estate planning and business law with the Law Offices of Josh N. Bennett in Fort Lauderdale. Several years later, after growing his legal skills under the tutelage of his mentor, he opened the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer in Sunrise, Florida, where he has been diligently serving the needs of his clients ever since. Gary M. Singer is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Real Estate Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association and is a frequent Legal Education Instructor. He is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Florida.
