EDWARD R. BLUMBERG is a partner in the Miami firm of Deutsch & Blumberg, P.A. He is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a board certified civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 1983. GANDER is a partner in the Miami law firm of Colson Hicks Eidson, where her areas of practice include medical negligence, truck accidents, significant personal injury and wrongful death. She served for six years as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Gander earned her B.S. degree and J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami. She is a member of the Dade County (past chair, Civil Litigation Committee) and American bar associations, The Florida Bar, and the American Association for Justice. JANULIS has recently retired, after 11 years, as counsel with King & Spalding, LLP, where she practiced in the areas of healthcare, Pharma products liability and product liability litigation. She earned her BSN degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University; and her MSN degree from the University of Pennsylvania concentrating in psychiatric nursing. For 13 years prior to entering law school, Ms. Janulis was a nursing educator and administrator. She earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Janulis possesses extensive knowledge of the healthcare system, law and medicine, drugs and pharmaceutical products issues from multiple perspectives. He has primarily practiced in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home neglect, aviation litigation and premises liability since 1984. He was a professor for Miami-Dade Community College, Paralegal Studies, and a participant in the nationally published Million Dollar Argument Series produced by Professional Techniques Library.
