DONALD S. BENNETT is a shareholder in the law firm of Banker Lopez Gassler. Mr. Bennett practices in the area of workers' compensation trial, and appellate practice and in areas of the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Act, both in the trial and appellate practices. He practices exclusively in defense of employers, carriers, and servicing agents. Mr. Bennett is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute and other professional organizations. His court admissions include Florida state courts and Florida Supreme Court and he is admitted to The Florida Bar. Mr. Bennett earned his B.A. degree with distinction from Pennsylvania State University (Phi Beta Kappa) and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law (Executive Council of Moot Court Board). He is a member of The Florida Bar (Executive Council, Workers' Compensation Section (1996-1999); representative at All Bar Conference, 1992) and the Hills borough County Bar Association. STEVEN E. HOVSEPIAN is an attorney with the Tampa firm of Barbas, Nuñez, Sanders, Butler & Hovsepian where he focuses his practice in the areas of workers' compensation and labor and employment. Mr. Hovsepian has been admitted to practice by The Florida Bar; and before the U.S. District Court (Middle District of Florida), and the U.S. Court of Appeals (11th Circuit). He is a member of the Hillsborough County and American (Labor and Employment Law section) bar associations, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Hovsepian earned his B.S. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
