DENNIS P. DORE is a shareholder in the Jacksonville law firm of Dore & Associates, where he practices in the areas of defense of personal injury, products liability, professional negligence, construction litigation, fraud and arson, insurance coverage, and motor vehicle liability and premises liability. He has been a board-certified civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 1988. Mr. Dore wrote a chapter on "Unfair Claims Practices and Bad Faith" for the Florida Automobile Insurance Law Manual published by The Florida Bar (2002) and is a frequent lecturer on a variety of subjects in continuing education seminars for lawyers. He is a member of the Jacksonville and the American (member, Torts and Insurance Practices Section) bar associations, The Florida Bar (member, Trial Lawyers Section), the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, the Jacksonville Claims Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Defense Research Institute, and the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention. Mr. Dore also is a Florida Super Lawyer. He earned his B.B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of North Florida and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida. DONALD M. MACIEJEWSKI is a partner in the law firm of Zisser, Robison, Brown, Nowlis, Maciejewski & Cabrey, P.A., in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Maciejewski is a consumer justice attorney who represents both adults and children who have been injured by defective products or through the carelessness of others. His plaintiffs' practice focuses on aviation, airplane and helicopter crash litigation, personal injury suits, and complex product liability suits. Mr. Maciejewski is a retired Army officer and helicopter pilot and holds a commercial instrument rating in helicopters, with extensive flight experience. He has represented plaintiffs in a wide variety of air crash and products liability cases involving commercial, general aviation and military aircraft. Mr. Maciejewski also has represented children in a variety of negligence cases involving defective toys, household appliances and transportation-related accidents. Law and Politics voted him a Florida Super Lawyer in 2006-2011, acknowledging him as being in the top 5% of all attorneys in the state of Florida. Florida Trend magazine named him one of Florida's Legal Elite for 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 honoring him as being among the top 2% of all attorneys in the state of Florida.
