JOHN C. CONNERY JR. is a shareholder with Hill Ward Henderson in Tampa, Florida. His practice principally involves tax consulting, partnerships and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, loan transactions and general representation of established and emerging companies. Mr. Connery has advised management, business owners and purchasers of businesses in the implementation, administration and termination of equity and equity-based compensation plans for employees and independent contractors. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Mr. Connery practiced in the Chicago office of the international law firm of Mayer Brown. Mr. Connery earned his J.D. degree, with high honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law (Order of the Coif), where he served as an executive articles editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. He is listed in Florida Trend's Legal Elite "Up and Coming" (2007 and 2008). TASO M. MILONAS is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer. Currently, less than 1% of all attorneys admitted to practice in Florida are board certified. He earned his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1985 and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1984. Mr. Milonas has received an AV ® Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating (highest possible), a distinction achieved by less than 5% of attorneys in the country. He is listed in Florida Super Lawyers and Who's Who in American Law. He practices principally in the areas of tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals and their businesses. He currently serves on the Directors Committee of the Florida Bar Tax Section and as assistant director of its Federal Tax Division. He has served on the Tax Section for more than a decade in various capacities, including as Vice Chair of its Gratuitous Transfers (Estate and Gift Tax) Committee for many years. Mr. Milonas is also active in the American Bar Association Tax Section and a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association. He has published numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer before professional and non-professional groups on taxes, estate planning, business succession planning and insurance. LINA C. ANGELICI is an attorney in the Tampa law firm of Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady P.A., where she concentrates her practice in the areas of securities regulation, corporation finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Ms. Angelici has experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities representing issuers and underwriters, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, including those that are subject to the tender offer rules. Ms. Angelici's practice includes assisting public companies in satisfying their continuing disclosure obligations under applicable securities laws, as well as compliance with stock exchange and NASDAQ listing and maintenance requirements. Ms. Angelici is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Angelici served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harriett R. Taylor, Associate Judge, Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and was a member of the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance. She received her B.A. degree from Villanova University and her J.D. degree from Antioch School of Law.
