JULIANNE R. FRANK is a shareholder in the firm of Frank, White-Boyd, P.A., with offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, Vero Beach and Royal Palm Beach. Her practice has been limited to business and consumer bankruptcy matters and asset protection planning. She is a frequent lecturer and has appeared on national radio and television programs discussing financial distress planning. Ms. Frank wrote, "Freedom From Debt: Taking Control of Financial Crisis," Guideline Press. She earned her B.A. degree from Tulane University and her J.D. degree from Northwestern University Law School. Ms. Frank is one of less than 200 lawyers who are board-certified in both consumer and business bankruptcy law by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the South Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Palm Beach County Bar Bankruptcy CLE Committee. ROBERT A. GOLDMAN is a partner with the law firm of Fox, Wackeen, Dungey, Beard, Sobel, Bush & McCluskey, L.L.P., where he practices in commercial litigation, construction and real property litigation, and foreclosure. He handles all levels of mortgage foreclosures, statutory lien foreclosures, community association lien foreclosures, construction lien foreclosures and judgment lien foreclosures. Mr. Goldman has previously lectured on mortgage and lien foreclosure topics, and practices in multiple circuits spanning much of the state. Mr. Goldman earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees, with honors, from the University of Florida, and is a member of the Martin County and American bar associations, as well as The Florida Bar. DORA F. KAUFMAN is a partner in the law firm of Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, P.A., where she practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, banking law, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and debtor and creditor workouts. Ms. Kaufman is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 11th and Federal Circuits. She received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University. She has actively served as an appointed member of The Florida Bar's Civil Procedure Rules Committee, the Federal Court Practice Committee (including service as appointed vice chair) and the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee (JNPC), and has been on the Judicial Administration and Evaluation Committee since May 2009. She contributed toward preparation of a trial practice manual for Bancroft Publishing; prepared sections of reference manuals on Florida foreclosure and related title, repossession and bankruptcy issues for National Business Institute; and has served as faculty at multiple CLE seminars. Ms. Kaufman has served as a facilitator of Federal Judicial roundtable discussions with Federal Judges at programs hosted by the Federal Court Practice Committee of The Florida Bar; and presented at annual Florida Bar meetings; and has served as a trainer/mock interviewer at a Judicial Nominating Commission training presented by the JNPC. She is on the Executive Committee/Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association's Broward County Chapter (FBA), and has hosted/coordinated FBA-sponsored Federal District Court orientation programs at the U.S. District Court.
