ERIN K. FITZGERALD is an attorney with the law firm Schmittinger and Rodriguez, P.A., where her areas of practice include family law, personal injury, municipality and civil litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and her J.D. degree from Widener University. Ms. Fitzgerald is a vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society. ANDREW W. GONSER is a partner with Gonser and Gonser, P.A., where his main areas of practice are all family court matters, adoption, alimony and spousal support, child support, children's' rights, custody and visitation, divorce, domestic violence and neglect, paternity, prenuptial agreements, juvenile law, Hague Convention, and Protection from Abuse (PFA). Mr. Gonser serves as a volunteer attorney at the Self - Help center in the family court, volunteers to represent children in dependency and neglect proceedings, and volunteers to help victims of abuse in protection from abuse proceedings through the Victim's Advocacy Program and through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. In addition, he sponsors and organizes a Five K Walk/Run each June together with the University of Delaware Men's soccer team for the benefit of Prevent Child Abuse Delaware. Mr. Gonser is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court District of Delaware and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. CAROLYN M. McNEICE has been a sole practitioner in Wilmington, Delaware, for 20 years where her practice focuses on family law, personal injury and wills & estates. She also spent 18 years as an assistant public defender, most of that time assigned to family court in New Castle County. Ms. McNeice earned her B.S. degree from the University of Delaware and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Melson Arsht Inn of Court. THOMAS D. SHELLENBERGER is a member of the law firm of Cooch and Taylor in Wilmington. He practices in the area of family law and is a previous lecturer for National Business Institute. Mr. Shellenberger received his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from the Western New England School of Law. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. RONALD D. SMITH is a member of the law firm of Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Fisher where he practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy law and domestic relations law. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University. Mr. Smith is a member of the Kent County, Delaware State and American bar associations. He also serves as the senior attorney to the Delaware House of Representatives.
