WILLIAM L. WITHAM JR. is a Delaware Superior Court Judge in Kent County Superior Court. MODERATOR - NANCY CHRISSINGER COBB is with the Wilmington law firm of Chrissinger & Baumberger where she is the resident attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group's Delaware staff counsel. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation defense.
