RAYMOND W. COBB is the founder of the Law Offices of Raymond W. Cobb, LLC, with its principal office located in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Cobb's practice focuses on the representation of self-insured and insurance carriers in the areas of toxic tort, premises liability, personal injury and worker's compensation. He has lectured frequently at seminars on litigation related topics and techniques, the examination of expert witnesses, motor vehicle litigation and workers' compensation. Mr. Cobb is admitted to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Workers' Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association. Mr. Cobb earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law. GEORGE GOVATOS is a consultant with Govatos Consulting in Wilmington, Delaware, where he has provided engineering analysis for attorneys, both plaintiff and defense; and engineering design and analysis for public and private clients. His forensic work has included vehicular accident reconstruction, investigation of product defects, structural failures including both large-scale structures as well as small components, building code analysis, drainage, flooding and construction claims. Other design and analysis has included road design, traffic analysis structural design, design of sanitary and storm water pipelines and pumping stations, hydraulic network distribution analysis, building inspections and environmental studies. Mr. Govatos earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering at the University of Delaware, his Master of Science in civil engineering and his Ph.D. in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. He is a registered professional engineer in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Mr. Govatos has been accepted as an expert in the superior and federal courts of Delaware, New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has also lectured in the fields of accident reconstruction and collision analysis, highway safety, the mechanics of whiplash, structural collapse and engineering aspects of product liability. ARTHUR M. KRAWITZ is a member of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability and automobile injury, including uninsured and underinsured motorist cases and workers' compensation. He has previously lectured for the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Delaware State Bar Association on legal matters. Mr. Krawitz earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Widener University. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. BAYARD MARIN is a sole practitioner in Wilmington, Delaware, where he focuses mainly on plaintiff personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and workers' compensation law. He is a past adjunct professor in the legal assistants program at the University of Delaware, where he taught tort law. He is also a past adjunct professor at Widener Law School, where he taught legal methods. Mr. Marin is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and The District of Columbia Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware, his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law and his Ph.D. degree in law from the University of London, England.
