BRIAN P. GLANCY is an attorney with the firm of Strata Law, LLC, and oversees operations at the firm's Middletown, Delaware office. He is the Delaware agent for Real Estate Title & Escrow, LLC. Mr. Glancy was admitted to the Delaware State Bar Association in 1986 and has been conducting residential and commercial real estate settlements in Delaware for more than 20 years. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Glancy is admitted to practice law in Delaware. ERIC C. HOWARD is a member of Wilson Halbrook & Bayard, PA in Georgetown, where he practices in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, business law and construction law. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from Duke University. Mr. Howard is a member of the Delaware State and American bar associations. VIRGINIA A. ZRAKE is a sole practitioner, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, residential real estate, business law, commercial leases, and construction law. Previously, she practiced with the law firm of Young Conaway Stargatt and Taylor. Ms. Zrake started her legal career at Venable, in Baltimore, Maryland, and then was in-house counsel for Hechinger Company and Charles E. Smith companies. She is a member of the Delaware State, Maryland State, and Sussex County bar associations. Ms. Zrake is a past associate member of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University at Albany and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law. Ms. Zrake is finishing up her 2 year tenure as president of the Lewes Chamber of Commerce.
