PETER L. FRATTARELLI is an attorney with the firm of Archer & Grenier, A Professional Corporation, where his practice areas include labor and employment law and litigation. Mr. Frattarelli earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Drexel University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Camden County (member, Employment Law Committee), Delaware State, New Jersey State (member, Labor and Employment Executive Committee) and American bar associations. Mr. Frattarelli also is a member of the Employment Law Committee of Libel Defense Resource Center. BARRY M. KLAYMAN is a member of the commercial litigation group at Cozen O'Connor, A Professional Corporation, where he practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, toxic tort law and products liability. He has lectured on toxic tort litigation before the Pennsylvania Bar Association and to various professional groups on topics including Superfund liability and insurance coverage for pollution claims. Mr. Klayman co-wrote a regular column on "State and Local Developments" for the Journal of Environmental Regulation (1991-95). He is a member of the Delaware State, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American (Litigation Section, Business Law Section and Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section) bar associations and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Mr. Klayman earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard University. RICK S. MILLER is a partner in the Wilmington law firm of Ferry, Joseph & Pearce, P.A., where his practice emphasizes general litigation and appeals and includes pretrial drafting of motions and legal memorandum for the firm. Mr. Miller has lectured to various professionals on litigation issues. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association. Mr. Miller earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Dickinson College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
