CHARLES J. BROWN III is a partner with the law firm Archer & Greiner, A Professional Corporation, where his main areas of practice are commercial bankruptcy, real estate, business law, commercial litigation and commercial collections. He has appeared in all of the state and federal courts in Delaware and Maryland. Mr. Brown has successfully represented more than 100 preference defendants in the Oakwood Homes bankruptcy case; the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Parts Plus Group bankruptcy case; numerous PACA and reclamation claimants in the Fleming case; the Jones Act seamen, ship passengers and longshoremen in preserving and protecting maritime claims in the Murphy Marine; and American Classic Voyages bankruptcy matters. He is the former director of Elzufon Austin Reardon Tarlov & Mondell, P.A., where he was the head of that firm's bankruptcy practice. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in Maryland and Delaware, and before the U.S. District Court and the District of Delaware. He is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington University. Mr. Brown is active in the Delaware Bankruptcy Inns of Court and has presented at various seminars that the Inn offers to the Delaware Bankruptcy bar. He has lectured at various seminars through Sterling Education Services and National Business Institute. Mr. Brown is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Delaware Bankruptcy Inns of Court. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Vermont Law School and his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware. JOHN JAMES CONLY is a sole practitioner in Wilmington, DE, where he practices in the areas of real estate law, family law and estate planning law. Mr. Conly received his J.D. degree from Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University and his A.B. degree from Dickinson College. He is a member of the Delaware State and American bar associations. TODD A. COOMES is an attorney with the firm Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., where he concentrates on environmental litigation and counseling, advising clients on issues arising under federal and state environmental laws and representing them before governmental agencies. He also practices commercial litigation in the state and federal courts of Delaware. Mr. Coomes is a member of the American Bar Association (Environment, Energy and Resources section), the Delaware State Bar Association (Environmental Section), and the Delaware Chamber of Commerce (Environmental Committee). He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane Law School and his B.S. degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. ROBERT W. WHETZEL is an attorney with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. Mr. Whetzel is vice chair of the firm's litigation department, where he handles a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on technology, environmental and intellectual property disputes. He represents manufacturers, energy companies, utilities, developers, lenders, municipalities, and others in litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Whetzel has extensive experience with federal and state environmental agencies and in enforcement and permitting matters. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association (Environmental Committee and Environmental Law Section), American Bar Association (Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Section) and the American College of Environmental Lawyers. Mr. Whetzel is on the Board of Directors with the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.
