WILLIAM R. ADAMS is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and toxic torts with an emphasis in asbestos litigation. ELWOOD T. EVELAND is a sole practitioner in Wilmington, where he practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, contract law and construction litigation. Mr. Eveland is a frequent speaker on workers' compensation and litigation topics. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. GRIFFITH is a partner at the law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, where he leads the firm's business litigation practice in Delaware. He is the co-head of the firm's commercial litigation department and the managing attorney of the firm's Delaware office. He specializes in the areas of commercial litigation and professional liability defense. Mr. Griffith has significant trial experience in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has tried cases in a wide variety of areas, including copyright infringement, insurance coverage/bad faith, employment discrimination, municipal liability, civil rights and professional negligence. HARBISON is a partner in the intellectual property group of the law firm of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP, where he represents clients in a variety of areas including patent litigation and unfair competition and trade secret related matters. He also has extensive experience managing cases involving large scale electronic discovery. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harbison worked as a chemical engineer and manager for an industry leading environmental software company. While there, he gained extensive experience in modeling chemical processes and all aspects of software design and development. KLAYMAN is a member of the commercial litigation practice group and the bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring practice group at Cozen O'Connor, A Professional Corporation, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, fiduciary and corporate governance, bankruptcy, toxic tort and products liability, and civil rights litigation. A frequent author and speaker, he has presented at seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute on various topics, including "Environmental Concerns for Developers," "Constitutional Limitations on Zoning Actions," "Ethical Issues in Deposition Practice," "Getting Scientific and Expert Testimony Admitted into Evidence," "Mechanics of Delaware Civil Procedure," and "Attorney-Client Privilege and the Work Product Doctrine."
