DANIEL P. BENNETT is a partner in the Wilmington office of Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers LLP, a regional insurance defense firm, where his practice is devoted to personal injury law, insurance defense law, products liability law, and insurance coverage law. Mr. Bennett earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree from the College of William & Mary. He is a member of the Delaware State and American bar associations. (Dover and Wilmington locations) SHERRY RUGGIERO FALLON is a partner in the law firm of Tybout, Redfearn & Pell in Wilmington, where her primary areas of practice include insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, toxic tort, product liability, retailers' premises liability, construction litigation, creditors' claims in commercial bankruptcies, and defense of employment litigation claims. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and Phi Delta Legal Fraternity. Ms. Fallon is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and in all Delaware state and federal courts, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals (3rd Circuit) and the U.S. districts courts for the districts of Delaware and New Jersey. Ms. Fallon also has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an organization for civil trial lawyers, in which membership is by invitation, from 2003 through the present. KRAWITZ is a member of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability and automobile injury, including uninsured and underinsured motorist cases and workers' compensation. He has previously lectured for the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Delaware State Bar Association on legal matters. Mr. Krawitz earned his B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from Widener University. SHERLOCK is the managing partner of the Dover law firm of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP. Ms. Sherlock focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, first party and third party claims, and subrogation matters. She has been a practicing trial lawyer for 26 years and has litigated in all of the Delaware courts. Ms. Sherlock is a member of the Delaware Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates; former president and current board member of the Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI); past member of the Delaware State Bar Association Executive Committee; past board member of the Delaware Bar Foundation and past president of the Kent County Bar Association.
