DAWN C. DOHERTY is a shareholder in the law firm of Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C., and is the Delaware office managing partner. Her areas of concentration include workers' compensation, medical malpractice, personal injury, professional liability, environmental and toxic tort, commercial and personal bankruptcy litigation and proceedings and environmental litigation. Ms. Doherty also has developed an appellate and coverage practice in both Delaware and Pennsylvania to augment her trial group. She is an active lecturer on issues involving insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Doherty is a member of the New Jersey State, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Delaware State and American bar associations, and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from LaSalle University and her J.D. degree from Temple University. JOHN S. GRADY is a member of Grady & Hampton LLC, where he concentrates his practice on personal injury and disability, malpractice, real estate and general litigation. He has spoken at a Social Security continuing legal education seminar and was an adjunct professor at the Delaware Law School for a trial advocacy class. Mr. Grady earned his B.A. degree from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association (past member of the governing board and former vice president). JANET A. WRIGHT is an attorney with the Commission Counsel, State Public Integrity Commission of Delaware. The Commission administers and implements the State ethics laws. Ms. Wright was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Richard S. Gebelein, Delaware Superior Court, was an assistant city solicitor for the City of Wilmington, and a civil litigator, defending the City and its employees in civil rights and personal injury actions. She has lectured on government ethics to various legal, government and professional groups. Ms. Wright is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, cum laude, and has a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Widener University. She is a member of the Northeastern Regional Conference on Lobbying (NORCOL), the Council on Government Ethics Laws (COGEL), and the American and Delaware State bar associations.
