BRIAN P. GLANCY is an attorney with the firm of Strata Law, LLC, and oversees operations at the firm's Middletown, Delaware office. He is the Delaware agent for Real Estate Title & Escrow, LLC. Mr. Glancy was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1986 and has been conducting residential and commercial real estate settlements in Delaware for more than 20 years. He earned his B.S. degree in business administration-finance from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Glancy is admitted to practice law in Delaware. JOHN E. SULLIVAN is a sole practitioner in Wilmington with John E. Sullivan, Esq., where he practices in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, personal injury and criminal law. He has been an instructor at various real estate schools and is a frequent lecturer at real estate seminars. Mr. Sullivan earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
