THOMAS E. GAY has been a partner with the law firm of Stumpf, Vickers & Sandy, P.A. in Georgetown, Delaware since 1999. Mr. Gay earned his B.S. degree from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Family Law Clinic-Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. Mr. Gay worked for the state of Delaware, Family Court, Kent County as a law clerk for The Honorable William N. Nicholas and The Honorable William J. Walls from 1992 until 1993 when he joined Stumpf, Vickers & Sandy, P.A. His primary area of practice is domestic relations law. Mr. Gay is a member of the Delaware State, Maine State and American bar associations. He is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the U.S. Mr. Gay is a long standing, active member of the Terry Carey American Inns of Court. In addition to today's presentation, he also has been a guest speaker at "Fundamentals of Family Law," "Custody Evaluations for the Private Practitioner," "Property Division in the Family Court," "Divorce Law 101-Obtaining the Best Settlement for Your Client in Delaware," to name a few. Mr. Gay was selected as one of the Top Delaware Family Law/Divorce attorneys in Delaware Today magazine in 2006. ANDREW W. GONSER is a partner with Gonser and Gonser, P.A., where his main areas of practice are all family court matters, adoption, alimony and spousal support, child support, childrens' rights, custody and visitation, divorce, domestic violence and neglect, paternity, prenuptial agreements, juvenile law, Hague Convention, and Protection from Abuse (PFA). Mr. Gonser serves as a volunteer attorney at the Self - Help center in the family court, volunteers to represent children in dependency and neglect proceedings, and volunteers to help victims of abuse in protection from abuse proceedings through the Victim's Advocacy Program and through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. In addition, he sponsors and organizes a Five K Walk/Run each June, together with the University of Delaware Men's soccer team, for the benefit of Prevent Child Abuse Delaware. Mr. Gonser is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court District of Delaware and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. DR. JAN C. GROSSMAN is a practicing family law attorney and forensic psychologist. Dr. Grossman's sub-specialty, both as an attorney, psychologist and custody evaluator, is difficult custody matters such as Parent Alienation Syndrome, relocation cases, and cultural and religious controversies. He is a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at Hahnemann University, past president of the Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychologists and co-chair of the Ethics Committee. Dr. Grossman is a fellow of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, where he regularly conducts workshops to its membership on the latest child custody issues. He earned his B.A., M.A., J.D. and Ph.D degrees from Temple University. Dr. Grossman is a member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County bar associations, and is certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as a certified parent coordinator. DANA REYNOLDS is the founding member of the Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds, LLC, where she focuses her practice on representing and advising individuals in the areas of family law/divorce, tenant-landlord law, criminal defense, and wills and estates. Ms. Reynolds is admitted to practice before all Delaware state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. Prior to founding the Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds, LLC, she worked as an associate attorney at the nationally renowned Delaware law firm of Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. Prior to that, Ms. Reynolds served as law clerk to the Hon. Jane R. Roth, Senior Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd District and law clerk to the Hon. Chandlee Johnson Kuhn, Chief Judge of the Family Court of the State of Delaware. In addition to her practice, she also does extensive pro bono work by volunteering her legal expertise to the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and the Office of the Child Advocate. Furthermore, during her time as a legal practitioner, Ms. Reynolds has received several prestigious board positions and memberships, including a board position as the New Castle County Member at Large for the Delaware State Bar Association Family Law Section and a board position for Prevent Child Abuse Delaware. She is a member of the Melson-Arsht Inn of Court, the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court, the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
