STEVEN L. BUTLER is a partner at the law firm of Linarducci & Butler, PA, and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability. Mr. Butler earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. He joined the firm upon graduation from law school and became a named partner in January 2007. Mr. Butler is admitted to practice in the state of Delaware, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court of Delaware. JEFFREY S. LICHTMAN is the sole attorney in the Philadelphia based firm The Disability Law Office of Jeffrey S. Lichtman, LLC. Mr. Lichtman's practice is limited to representing claimants for Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits. He has more than 18 years of experience representing claimants for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits throughout the greater Delaware Valley, including Southern and Central New Jersey, Southeastern and South-Central Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is admitted to practice and see clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, maintaining offices in Philadelphia and Reading, Pennsylvania. Mr. Lichtman is a frequent lecturer on Social Security issues at seminars for various organizations. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and was appointed co-chair of the Social Security Disability Committee in 2004 to 2008. Mr. Lichtman also served as co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Lawyer Referral and Information Service in 2007. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Mr. Lichtman serves as a member of the board of directors of the Legal Clinic for the Disabled, Inc., and was presented with a White Hat Award for his work on behalf of disabled persons. Mr. Lichtman earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, at Temple University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Temple University School of Law. GARY L. SMITH is a sole practitioner in Newark, Delaware, where he has a general civil practice with an emphasis in Social Security disability law. Mr. Smith has attended hundreds of Social Security disability hearings and has represented more than 1,000 disability claimants. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and has earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from Saint Louis University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Smith also completed the course requirements for his M.A. degree in philosophy from the University of Delaware.
