LISA L. COGGINS is an attorney with Ferry, Joseph & Pearce, P.A., where she practices in the areas of wills and trusts, estate planning and estate administration, estate litigation, elder law, commercial bankruptcy, and business formation. Ms. Coggins has represented numerous clients in connection with estate planning, estate and trust litigation, and guardianship litigation. Additionally, she often serves as a court appointed attorney ad litem in guardianship actions and represents clients through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services concerning various matters. Ms. Coggins is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Delaware Bankruptcy Inn of Court. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. WILLIAM W. ERHART is an attorney with William W. Erhart, P.A., where he practices estate and asset protection planning and elder law. After serving in the Marine Corps, he attended the University of Delaware and the Reformed Episcopal Seminary and earned his J.D. degree from the Rutgers University School of Law. Mr. Erhart served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware and then as a Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice. He has been in private practice since 1988. Mr. Erhart is a member of WealthCounsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, ElderCounsel, the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association (chair, Elder Law Section). He has practiced law for 29 years and has taught numerous seminars. KRISTOPHER T. STARR is an attorney with the firm of Ferry, Joseph & Pearce, P.A. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, and his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Delaware. After law school, Mr. Starr's legal career started at the Wilmington law firm of Maron & Marvel. He then practiced in various government legal capacities, first as deputy attorney general, then as a hearing officer for the state Industrial Accident Board and Office of Workers' Compensation. Most recently, Mr. Starr served as risk manager and assistant county attorney for New Castle County, where he was responsible for all county insurance programs. He also defended New Castle County in insurance litigation, concentrating on workers' compensation defense. Mr. Starr has served as attorney ad litem and neutral attorney fact finder in several hundred cases on appointment by the Court of Chancery in the areas of guardianship, trust, estate and elder law. He is a frequent lecturer for the Delaware State Bar Association, and third-party CLE providers on workers' compensation, advanced workers' compensation and elder law topics. ANTHONY C. STRATIDIS is a managing partner of MS Consulting Group, which is a nationally recognized authority on long-term care insurance (LTCi) with more than 20 years devoted to providing long-term care solutions for high net worth clients, corporate executives, and employer groups. He has served in many capacities throughout his career, permitting him to observe the industry from diverse perspectives. Mr. Stratidis' experience, both broad and deep, has made him into a well-known industry expert for which he is often sought to manage the distribution of LTCi products to a wide market. Before joining MS Consulting Group, he was the senior vice president and one of the primary architects who developed a Long-Term Care planning practice at Marsh and McLennan Companies. Mr. Stratidis also has headed the Long-Term Care division of MassMutual Financial Group, managing product development, pricing and distribution relationships. He is certified as a continuing education instructor on the subject of LTCi. Mr. Stratidis has provided testimony before state and federal panels on issues arising in the long term care marketplace and LTCi financing, and also has been called upon to provide expert testimony on LTCi issues in legal proceedings. He is a nationally recognized speaker and frequent contributor to publications on the subject of LTCi and asset preservation. Mr. Stratidis' contribution to the National Underwriter magazine entitled "Long-Term Care Planning: A Profound Shift In The Making", addresses why affluent clients with no long-term care coverage may be at significant risk. He serves on the state of Connecticut Long-Term Care Partnership Committee. Mr. Stratidis also is a member of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance (AALTCI), NAHU, NAIFA, and holds professional designations of Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) and Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP). MANRICO A. TRONCELLITI is the sole member of Troncelliti Law Associates in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. His practice is focused mainly on tax and estate planning, tax litigation, estate administration, and municipal finance. Mr. Troncelliti is a graduate of Brown University, Villanova University School of Law, and has an LL.M. degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Montgomery County bar associations, and has lectured on numerous occasions for National Business Institute.
