THOMAS D.H. BARNETT is a senior associate of Atlantic Law Group, LLC, which has offices in Wilmington and Georgetown, Delaware, and has been an attorney for more than 30 years. In the past 10 years, Mr. Barnett has handled foreclosure litigation matters in all Delaware counties from the firm's Georgetown, Delaware office. CARTWRIGHT is an attorney at the Atlantic Law Group, LLC, in the firm's Wilmington, Delaware office and has been practicing law for more than 13 years handling litigation in foreclosure matters, residential and commercial real estate and transactional practice. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association. Mrs. Cartwright earned her B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and her J.D.degree from Widener University School of Law. WILLIAM A. HAZELTINE is a partner at the law firm of Sullivan Hazeltine Allinson LLC, in Wilmington, Delaware, where he practices in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Mr. Hazeltine received his B.Mus. degree from Susquehanna University and his J.D. degree, with honors, and his M.A. degree from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the Delaware State and American bar associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute. CHRISTINA PAPPOULIS is an attorney with Blakely, Gregory & Pappoulis, which was opened in May, 2010. Ms. Pappoulis focuses her practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and real estate. She has previously spoken at a television program titled "Delaware Law," and was selected Best Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney in 2008 by Delaware Today. Ms. Pappoulis is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy and the Delaware State Bar Association. She earned her B.S. degree in political science from the University of Delaware and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. RONALD D. SMITH is a member of the law firm of Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Fisher where he practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy law and domestic relations law. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University. Mr. Smith is a member of the Kent County, Delaware State and American bar associations. He also serves as the senior attorney to the Delaware House of Representatives.
