HAROLD W.T. PURNELL II is a partner in the law firm of Archer & Greiner, maintaining offices in Georgetown and Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Purnell practices in the areas of business, estate and tax planning matters. He also handles probate and trust administration matters. Mr. Purnell frequently lectures on estate planning issues. He received his B.A. degree from Gettysburg College, his J.D. degree from Delaware Law School and his LL.M. degree from Villanova University Law School. Mr. Purnell is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Courts of Delaware and Pennsylvania and the Delaware State and Sussex County bar associations. JOHN F. ROBBERT specializes in estate, tax and charitable planning, business succession planning, trust and estate administration, asset protection planning and all related tax matters. The firm serves clients by designing and implementing both basic and complex estate plans and by developing innovative solutions to tax and non-tax problems associated with the transfer of wealth. Mr. Robbert is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Maryland, and Delaware, as well as the United States Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to graduating from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, Massachusetts) and Tulane University School of Law (New Orleans, Louisiana), he also holds a Master of Law degree, in taxation, from the University of Baltimore. Not only does Mr. Robbert participate in various professional organizations, he has also served on numerous charitable, civic and governmental boards and agencies. Having taught at various educational levels, including tenure as an adjunct professor of law, he is an experienced lecturer and an accomplished speaker. GERALD I.H. STREET has been in private practice for more than 35 years, during which time he has been a trial lawyer, real estate lawyer, family law and basic estate planning lawyer. In 2000 he decided to focus his practice primarily in estate planning and elder law. Since then he has attended numerous multi-day seminars concentrating on medicaid planning, tax and trust planning, financial planning, veterans benefits and a wide variety of other issues facing senior citizens as they age. Mr. Street has been asked to speak at seminars focusing on those same topics and has personally experienced the confusion and frustrations of helping his parents and in-laws during their own aging process. He is a veteran and is formally certified through the Veterans Administration as a veterans benefits counselor. Mr. Street is very familiar with most of the planning tools used to estate plan for senior citizens, including; reverse mortgages, long term care insurance, medicaid qualified annuities and the trusts required to satisfy Medicaid's regulations as well as tax and legacy planning. He is experienced in the ethical issues facing senior planning having been a member of the Board on Professional Responsibility.
