CHARLES J. BROWN III is a partner in the Wilmington law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate law, business law, commercial litigation and commercial collections. He has spoken on bankruptcy and real estate law to business and professional groups and is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington College in its business school. Mr. Brown earned his B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Vermont Law School. He is a member of the Maryland and Delaware State bar associations, the Bankruptcy Institute and the Bankruptcy Inns of Court. MICHAEL T. O'ROURKE is the CEO/President of O'Rourke Investigative Associates, Inc., in Wilmington, Delaware. The investigative concern is primarily a group of more than 60 retired FBI Special Agents and State Police Detectives. His primary functions include investigative operations management and major cases. O'Rourke Investigative Associates, Inc. is a Licensed Private Detective Agency in the State of Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, California, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. In addition, Detective O'Rourke is a Certified Special Process Server by the State of Delaware Court of Common Pleas, Chancery Court, Justice of the Peace Court System, General Services Administration Certified Federal Contractor (FEMA and Homeland Security), Authorized Special Process Server by the Delaware County PA, Authorized Special Process Server by the Philadelphia Court of Quarter Sessions, PA Act 235 Certified, and he was previously appointed Special Process Server in the State of Delaware Superior Court and also appointed as a Special Investigator in the State of Delaware Superior Court in capital murder and other violent crime offenses. He is a member of the National Association Professional Process Servers, National Association of Investigative Specialists, National Council of Investigative & Security Services, Canadian Private Investigators Resource Centre, and the International Association of Security and Investigative Regulators. PATRICK SCANLON is a sole practitioner in Milford, where his practice emphasizes the areas of skip tracing, fair debt collection and creditors' rights. He earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Duquesne University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University at Camden. Mr. Scanlon is currently a member of the Sussex County and Delaware State bar associations and is a past member of the Delaware Panel of Interim Bankruptcy Trustees.
