JOEL M. DONER is the director at Elzufon Austin Reardon Tarlov & Mondell, P.A. and part of the general litigation and environmental sections. Since 1993, his practice has concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular experience in mass torts, insurance law and asbestos litigation. Mr. Doner is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. ANTRANIG GARIBIAN is an associate at Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Mr. Garibian also is admitted in the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court of Delaware. He joined Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba in 2005 and represents clients in all stages of complex commercial, corporate and products liability litigation. Mr. Garibian's practice also includes representing corporate and individual clients in a wide range of real estate, employment and contract matters. In 2010, he completed the Delaware Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Garibian is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Princeton University and his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Committed to pro bono work, Mr. Garibian serves on several advisory committees through his involvement in the Armenian community. He regularly speaks throughout the country to communities and meets with political and civic organization leaders regarding issues of human rights in the Middle East. BRIAN L. KASPRZAK is a partner in the Delaware office of Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C. His areas of practice include corporate bankruptcy, professional liability, products liability complex/excess insurance coverage, and environmental and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Kasprzak also serves as an attorney guardian ad litem through the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate. He has lectured at various continuing legal education seminars, including topics such as federal practice, toxic torts and corporate bankruptcy. Mr. Kasprzak is a member of the Virginia, Delaware and American bar associations, and the Defense Research Institute, the Delaware Claims Association, and the St. Thomas More Society. He is admitted to practice before the courts of Delaware, Virginia, the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Kasprzak earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He earned his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law, where he was a member of the Dispute Resolution and Client Counseling Board. ERIC S. THOMPSON is an attorney with Kelley Jasons McGowan Spinelli & Hanna, LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of casualty, asbestos and workers' compensation defense. Mr. Thompson is licensed to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the District of Delaware. Mr. Thompson graduated from Central Michigan University, and earned his J.D. degree, com laude from Widener University School of Law.
