DAWN C. DOHERTY is a shareholder in the law firm of Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C. She is also the Delaware office managing partner. Her areas of concentration include workers' compensation, medical malpractice, personal injury, professional liability, environmental and toxic tort, commercial and personal bankruptcy litigation and proceedings, and environmental litigation. Ms. Doherty has also developed an appellate and coverage practice in both Delaware and Pennsylvania to augment her trial group. She is an active lecturer on issues involving insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Doherty is a member of the New Jersey State, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Delaware State and American bar associations, and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from LaSalle University and her J.D. degree from Temple University. DR. MICHAEL A. KENNEDY is employed with MK Health Services, LLC. He has been practicing occupational medicine since 1993. He has been practicing in the Delaware Valley since 1996 and has held the position of medical director of occupational medicine in various locations since then. He is currently medical director of the Newark, Delaware office for Concentra. In addition to occupational medicine, he performs independent medical examinations, peer reviews, disability examinations and personal injury care. Dr. Kennedy is a graduate of The University of Illinois in Chicago College of Medicine. He completed a residency in Preventive Medicine at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and an Occupational Medicine fellowship at The Johns Hopkins University Hospital. Dr. Kennedy is board certified in Occupational Medicine, a Certified Independent Medical Examiner and a Medical Review Officer. PATRICIA H. LARIMORE has been a registered nurse for close to twenty-eight years. She graduated in 1983 from Delaware State College (now Delaware State University) with a BSN. In 2010, she earned her Masters in Nursing Leadership with a certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting from Wilmington University. Ms. Larimore has worked in a variety of nursing specialties throughout her career including: med-surg, staff development, long-term care, intensive care, home health, ambulatory surgery center management and multiple teaching roles. Her last 12 years have been spent in the perioperative field; ten of those twelve years in her current position as a full-time staff/lead nurse in the operating room at Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware. In addition, Ms. Larimore began her own nurse consulting business. Through her business, Advanced Nurse Consulting, Ms. Larimore performs legal nurse, accreditation and educational consulting, as well as, pathway to excellence reviews. DR. JACK E. NORSWORTHY, DC is a chiropractor and clinic director at New Life Spinal Care Centers. He is a diplomate for the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals. Dr. Norsworthy is certified in the following: MRI normal anatomy and protocols, MRI disc and spinal cord and spinal canal pathology, accident reconstruction and ensuring bodily injury, whiplash advanced topics, visual-electronystagmosgraphy (V-ENG) interpretation, documentation and reporting for the trauma victim, documenting clinically correlated bodily injury to causality, current diagnosis and treatment of back pain, and orthopedic management of the shoulder. He earned his B.A. degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. degree from Logan University. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Norsworthy is licensed to practice in the State of Delaware. He is a member of the Academy of Chiropractic, the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals, the Brain Injury Association of Delaware, the International Chiropractic Society, the Foundation for Wellness Professionals and the Delaware Chiropractic Society. DR. ANDREW P. ROBINSON, MD is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with 17 years experience in evaluation, management and surgical treatment of auto accident, workplace and sports injuries. He is a prior president of the Delaware Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons and former Trustee of the Medical Society of Delaware. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has particular expertise in comprehensive management of upper and lower extremity injuries. DR. SAM ROMIROWSKY, Ph.D is a licensed psychologist with offices in Newark, Delaware and Media, Pennsylvania. He has been in private practice for 30 years with psychology and courtroom experience. He also specializes in working with children and high-conflict families. He earned his doctorate from Columbia University and is a member of the Parent Coordination Council of Delaware. Dr. Romirowsky is an expert witness for child custody, personal injury, criminal and workers compensation. He also prepares evaluations for the Chancery Court. Dr. Romirowsky offers other services and specialties including psychological screening for medical procedures, conflict resolution and in-service training and legal continuing education instruction.
