ELWOOD T. EVELAND is a sole practitioner in Wilmington, where he practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, contract law and construction litigation. In addition to representing professionals (attorneys, insurance professionals, private and public employers, and police officers) in litigated matters, he has represented commercial and personal lines insurance carriers, multi-national corporations, municipal entities and state governments. He is a frequent speaker and writer on issues related to civil trial practice, including evidence, federal pre-trial practice, expert issues, building civil trial skills and ethics. Mr. Griffith wrote What the Civil Court Judges (in Delaware) Want You to Know and moderated a judicial panel seminar of the same title in September 2007. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. CHARLES B. VINCENT is an attorney in Fish & Richardson's Delaware office. His practice emphasizes business and corporate litigation, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Mr. Vincent received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College Business Administration and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
