GEORGE H. SKINNER is a certified public accountant in Newark, Delaware. He also is certified as a management accountant (CMA) by the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Skinner has spoken for the National Association of Tax Professionals, where he spoke at tax update seminars and also spoke on corporate and partnership tax preparation. He taught accounting for two years at Wilmington College and at Delaware Technical and Community College. Mr. Skinner earned his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. CHAD J. TOMS is of counsel with the Wilmington law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston L.L.P., where he practices in the area of complex corporate and business litigation. He is also a certified public accountant and has previously spoken at seminars for CPAs. Mr. Toms received his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and J.D. degree from Widener University. He is a member of the Delaware State and American bar associations, the Delaware Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
