MARIA A. BELLAIR is a partner in the Lynch, Traub, Keefe and Errante PC law firm New Haven. She is an experienced litigator and appellate attorney,and primarily focuses on complex civil litigation in both state and federal state courts. Ms. Bellair is a member of the New Haven County (Member, Young Lawyers Section; Secretary, 2003-2004), Connecticut and American bar associations. She earned her B.A degree at Syracuse University and her J.D. degree at Quinnipiac University Law School. STEVEN D. JACOBS is a member of the New Haven law firm of Jacobs, Jacobs & Shannon, P.S., where his practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and workers' compensation law. He has previously spoken on collateral sources, discovery issues and workers' compensation, and expert witnesses before groups such as the New Haven County Bar Association and National Business Institute. A graduate of Trinity College, Mr. Jacobs earned his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the New Haven County, Connecticut, Illinois State and American bar associations, the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
