MYLES H. ALDERMAN JR. is a partner at the law firm of Alderman & Alderman, where his practice focuses on the problems facing businesses and business owners, with an emphasis on Chapter 11 business reorganizations, creditors rights, complex litigation, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Alderman also represents the interest of his clients in bankruptcy related proceedings in other jurisdictions on a pro hac vice basis. ARMSTRONG is a shareholder in the Hartford law firm of Reid and Riege, P.C., where he practices in the areas of environmental law, OSHA and land use law. Mr. Armstrong is a frequent author and speaker on his areas of practice. GILMORE is a principal of Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C., and a member of the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. Mr. Gilmore has an extensive background in commercial and financial litigation and in the process of loan workouts. The principal focus of his practice is the protection and enforcement of creditors' rights, including complex commercial collection and foreclosure actions, workouts and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Gilmore practices throughout the state of Connecticut and handles trials and appeals in all courts.
