GREGORY ARCARO is an attorney with the law firm of Brown, Paindiris & Scott, LLP. His practice is concentrated in the area of bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, real estate and commercial workouts. Mr. Arcaro has represented individual and institutional clients, as well as bankruptcy trustees, in the context of collection proceedings, often in the nature of fraudulent conveyance and preference actions, in state and federal courts. BEATMAN is a partner in the law firm of Zeisler & Zeisler, P.C., with offices in Bridgeport and New Haven. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, commercial law and litigation since 1990. Mr. Beatman was a law clerk to the Honorable Alan H.W. Shiff, U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of Connecticut. He has spoken on bankruptcy law and related issues for various public and private seminar audiences. Mr. Beatman is a former contributing editor of the Connecticut Bar Association's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy section's bankruptcy bulletin. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Beatman is a member of the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section. He also is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bar Association. Mr. Beatman earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. RONALD I. CHORCHES is the principal of the Law Offices of Ronald I. Chorches, LLC, in Wethersfield. He is appointed to the Panel of Chapter 7 Standing Trustees, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Connecticut. Mr. Chorches has limited his practice to bankruptcy law, bankruptcy litigation, workouts, commercial litigation and creditors' rights since 1991. He has lectured before legal and business groups on bankruptcy law and foreclosure law. Mr. Chorches is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Chapter 13 Trustee Bankruptcy Association. He is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy sections of the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Commercial Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Chorches earned his B.A. degree at Skidmore College and his J.D. degree from Western New England College, School of Law. JOHN P. FAHEY is an attorney with The Witherspoon Law Office in Farmington where his areas of practice include real estate and bankruptcy. Mr. Fahey is a member of the Hartford County Bar and the Connecticut Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Boston College and his LL.M. and J.D. degrees from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. CHARLES A. MAGLIERI is a sole practitioner who concentrates his areas of practice in bankruptcy and bankruptcy related cases, loan workouts, common law compositions and arrangements and business organizations. Mr. Maglieri has represented both creditors and debtors in all chapters of bankruptcy law; however, since 1986, has limited his practice to representing debtors in both consumer and commercial cases. He earned his B.A. degree from Central Connecticut State College and his J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law.
