GREGORY F. ARCARO is a partner with the law firm of Kroll McNamara Evans & Delehanty, LLP, in West Hartford, Connecticut. His practice is concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation, real estate and commercial workouts. Mr. Arcaro has represented individual and institutional clients, as well as bankruptcy trustees, in the context of collection proceedings, often in the nature of fraudulent conveyance and preference actions, in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. Mr. Arcaro earned his B.A. degree from Mount Saint Mary College, where he was named Ralph Scholar for academic and community achievement in 1992 and he earned his J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law. Mr. Arcaro is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, affiliated with the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. JOEL M. GRAFSTEIN is the principal in Grafstein Law Office, with locations in Farmington and Manchester. Since 1974 he has concentrated his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law with an emphasis on Chapter 7, Chapter 13, reorganization, debt relief and debtor-creditor relations. Mr. Grafstein served as a Chapter 7 Trustee Panel Member for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Connecticut from 1978-1982. He is a frequent lecturer and author of bankruptcy and related topics, including collection law, secured claims, mortgage foreclosures, workouts, distressed real estate, and bankruptcy and problem loans. Mr. Grafstein is a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York State Bar and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers. Mr. Grafstein earned his B.S. degree from the University of Bridgeport, his J.D. degree from New York Law School and his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. GARY J. GREENE is an attorney and the owner of Greene Law PC, where his areas of practice include bankruptcy, commercial litigation and business litigation. Mr. Greene has lectured on bankruptcy and is a bankruptcy court mediator. He earned his B.A. degree from Queens College and his J.D. degree from Duquesne School of Law. Mr. Greene is a member of the Connecticut and Harper County bar associations and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
