KENNETH G. BARTLETT is the principal of Bartlett Law Offices, P.C., with offices in New Haven and Madison. He is counsel to the New York law firm of Fine, Olin & Andermann, LLP. (Hartford location) KEVIN M. BLAKE is a partner with the law firm of Welsh Teodosio Stanek Blake LLC in Shelton. Mr. Blake earned his undergraduate degree from Providence College and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. Upon completion of a judicial clerkship with the State of Connecticut Judicial Department, he became a regulatory and trial attorney for the chief counsel of the Federal Aviation Administration. Since 1990, he has concentrated his practice in the area of workers' compensation, having served several years in the staff counsel office of the CNA Insurance Companies. Since 1994, Mr. Blake's practice has involved primarily the representation of self-insured employers, including several municipalities, throughout the State of Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission and appellate courts. COUSINS, a member of Steven H. Cousins, LLC in Monroe, practices in workers' compensation, personal injury, real estate and trial law. DODD JR. has been practicing law for 39 years and currently is a senior partner in the Cheshire law firm of The Dodd Law Firm, LLC, where he practices in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. Mr. Dodd has lectured extensively on workers' compensation law for continuing legal education for such groups as the Connecticut Bar Association, the Waterbury Bar Association and National Business Institute. He has argued several cases before the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court.
