SUZANNE GRIFFITHS is vice president and a shareholder in the law firm Gutterman & Griffiths, P.C. Ms. Griffiths has practiced primarily in family law for more than 30 years. She has made numerous presentations at family law conferences including the American Bar Association annual conventions and Family Law Fall meeting, National Business Institute seminars on family law, Colorado Bar Association conferences, child custody conferences and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers' conferences in Denver, Tampa and Chicago. Ms. Griffiths has been involved in local and international cases and her articles have been published in the Colorado Lawyer and the American Bar Association's Family Advocate and Fairshare. She was an invited delegate at the National Endowment for Financial Education's Think Tank on "Remarriage." Ms. Griffiths earned her B.A. and L.L.B. degrees from the University of Cape Town. RONALD F. KOCH is a shareholder in the firm of Karsh Consulting PC, and functions as the director litigation support for the firm. Mr. Koch has practiced in the areas of litigation support and taxation for more than 30 years and has given several seminars in the areas of litigation, business valuation, QDROs and divorce taxation to various groups including the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Koch has written several articles, which have been published in various law journals, regarding business valuation and divorce taxation. He is a certified public accountant and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA. Mr. Koch also is certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in business valuation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis (Prior, Certification Board Member, Committee Chair, Quality Enhancement). CAROLYN WITKUS is a senior associate at the law firm of Gutterman & Griffiths, P.C., where her main area of practice is family law. Ms. Witkus has previously lectured on her practice area. She earned her B.A. degree in economics, history and English from Marquette and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Ms. Witkus is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), MDIC, Colorado Women's Bar Association, Denver Bar Association and the Colorado Judicial Institute.
