HOWARD J. BECK is a shareholder in the Aurora, Colorado law firm of Beck and Cassinis, P.C., where his practice includes commercial real estate, homeowner associations and civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Beck has completed the advanced trial advocacy program of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver bar associations, and the Faculty of Federal Advocates-Colorado. Mr. Beck is admitted to practice before all Colorado Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. THOMAS D. BIRGE is a member of the law firm of Birge & Minckley, P.C., where he practices in the areas of class action defense, securities litigation, broker-dealer regulation, white-collar crime and investments. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years and he has lectured for various groups and organizations on his areas of practice. Mr. Birge earned his B.A. degree in economics from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Denver, Colorado and American bar associations. BRYAN D. CROSS is special counsel to WheelerTriggO'Donnell LLP. His practice areas include commercial litigation and product liability. Mr. Cross earned his B.S. degree in finance from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law. He is a member of the American and Colorado bar associations, State Bar of Michigan, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.
