CHARLES F. LUCE JR is a partner with the Denver law firm Moye White LLP and the chair of its Intellectual Property Law Group. His practice focuses on both intellectual property and issues relating to the practice of law and the regulation of lawyers. Mr. Luce is a graduate of the universities of Colorado (B.A. degree) and Oregon (J.D. degree) and a frequent writer and speaker on legal ethics, law practice, computer technology, and the Internet. He has served as a lecturer in Law in Professional Responsibility at the University of Denver and since 1986 as a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Ethics Committee. Mr. Luce is the author and publisher of Charles Luce on Legal Ethics and the Practice of Law (www.moyewhite.com/ethics), the first Internet website devoted to Colorado legal ethics issues.

RONALD H. NEMIROW is a shareholder in the law firm of Kennedy Childs P.C., where he practices in the areas of legal malpractice and bad faith defense.
