HOWARD J. BECK is a shareholder in the Aurora, Colorado law firm of Beck and Cassinis, P.C., where his practice includes commercial real estate, homeowner associations and civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Beck has completed the advanced trial advocacy program of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver bar associations, and the Faculty of Federal Advocates-Colorado. Mr. Beck is admitted to practice before all Colorado courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Beck earned his B.A. degree from the University of Nevada at Reno and his J. D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law, where he was the managing editor of the Denver Law Journal. ARRON NESBITT is Of Counsel with the firm of Taylor Anderson LLP, where he handles all aspects of trial work and case management for a wide variety of commercial litigation, product liability, construction, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters for both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Mr. Nesbitt serves as defense counsel for excess carriers in specialty insurance litigation and has served as national product liability counsel for various manufacturers of automobiles, medical devices and stun guns. He also has successfully represented plaintiffs' claims in medical malpractice, trucking liability, automobile negligence, product liability and complex commercial matters. Mr. Nesbitt earned his B.A. degree from Northern Arizona University and his J.D. degree from Golden Gate University, School of Law. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Maricopa County bar associations, the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Arizona (member, Fee Arbitration Committee 2007-2010), and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Nesbitt is a contributing editor for the "Product Liability Desk Reference, a Fifty State Compendium," Aspen Publishing. EDWARD C. STEWART is a partner at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP, where his litigation practice focuses on the defense of product liability and complex commercial cases for major manufacturers. Mr. Stewart has represented Ford Motor Company for many years as national trial counsel on a number of its product lines, including successfully defending the company in multiple product liability cases involving the Ford Explorer. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Stewart is admitted to practice in Colorado, Illinois, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Court for the Seventh Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He has written and spoken on his areas of practice. Mr. Stewart is a member of the Colorado and Illinois State bar associations and the Defense Research Institute.
