PAUL R. ARNOLD is a senior attorney with Arnold & Associates P.C., a family owned practice. Mr. Arnold has more than 17 years of law practice. He has more than 14 years of experience in criminal defense, domestic relations, general civil litigation (for plaintiff & defendant), real estate, employment and regulatory compliance, court-appointed responsibilities as a guardian ad litem and county attorney. Mr. Arnold received his B.A. degree, in psychology, from the University of Colorado and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law. JORDAN M. FOX is a member of the Denver office of Sherman & Howard L.L.C., where his areas of practice include family law, civil litigation, criminal litigation, probate and bankruptcy. He has spoken on family law to the Colorado and Denver bar associations. Mr. Fox earned his B.S. degree from the Colorado School of Mines and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He is a member of the Denver and First Judicial bar associations, the Colorado Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. RUSSEL MURRAY III is an attorney with The Law Office of Russel Murray III, P.C., a family law practice emphasizing interstate and international child custody matters and child abductions, including cases involving the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act (PKPA): Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act (UCCJEA); Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (UCCJA); Hague Convention; and the International Child Abduction Remedies Act (ICARA), as well as Colorado family law and domestic relations litigation. Mr. Murray is a past chair of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association (2001 - 2002). He twice co-chaired the Family Law Institute (2001, 1994), and has spoken at more the 50 CLEs on topics of interstate and international child custody, Colorado family law and domestic relations litigation, CFIs, special advocates, and family law ethics. Mr. Murray is a 20 year member of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee and created and chaired the CBA Family Law Section Ethics Committee (1993-2003). Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Family Law Section (Child Custody Committee; Ethical Practice and Procedures Committee, International Law Committee); the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility; the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL); the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar; and the Adams/Broomfield, Arapahoe and Douglas County bar associations.
