EDWARD D. BROWN is a principal in the Denver law firm of Engel & Reiman PC. He also is a certified public accountant. Mr. Brown specializes in business transactions, asset protection planning, taxation and estate planning. He is the author of numerous articles on a variety of legal topics appearing in publications such as, the Journal of Taxation, Asset Protection Journal, The Colorado Lawyer and the Journal of International Taxation. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice law in Colorado, and is a member of the Denver County, Colorado and American bar associations. He also is a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. He earned his B.A. degree in finance and accounting, cum laude, from West Virginia University, his J.D. degree from the University of Denver and his LL.M. degree, in taxation, from the University of Denver. FRANK JAMES DANZO III is a partner in the Denver firm of Chayet & Danzo, LLC. Mr. Danzo has practiced in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, guardianship, conservatorship, elder law, taxation, estate litigation, wills, trusts and estates, probate, asset protection and charitable giving. He frequently lectures on estate planning to professional and civil groups throughout the state. Mr. Danzo is a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He works closely with and serves as a volunteer guardian for the Guardianship Alliance of Colorado. Mr. Danzo also is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Section and the Elder Law Section. He earned his B.S degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. degree at the University of Colorado School of Law. STEVEN R. WARDEN is the sole practitioner of Steven R. Warden, P.C. in Denver, where he practices in the area of estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, wills and elder law. He has lectured to various professional groups at educational seminars, including the Metropolitan State College on probate, decedents, estates, wills and trusts. Mr. Warden is a member of the Probate and Trust Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association, for which he served as vice chair of the Special Problems of Guardians and Conservators Committee. He also is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the past president of the Board of Directors of Seniors, Inc., a nonprofit agency benefiting senior citizens, and a past member of the Mile High United Way Planned Giving Committee. Mr. Warden earned his B.A. degree from Hastings College and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver.
